RozzMart is committed to your satisfaction. If we have not send the particular product or received damage product , you may return it for full refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date .

Note- Proper unboxing video compulsory

To return an item:

  • Contact customer service to initiate a return
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  • Ship the item back to RozzMart using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and exchanges:

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of shipping. If you are exchanging the item for a different one, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Items that are missing their original packaging

  • Items that are on sale or clearance
